Shipments and returns
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
No delivery of products will be completed until payments of funds have been cleared.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. The goods may be delivered by Capital 30 in advance of the quoted delivery date. Capital 30 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Capital 30 will inform you as soon as possible if they become aware of any delay. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. All orders are sent by registered couriers to any physical address within South Africa. We do not ship to postal boxes. All orders are fully insured against breakage, loss or hi-jack from the time it leaves our hands until it is placed in your hands.
Courier fees
Courier fees are to be paid by the customer. Courier fees are based on the size of the parcel and the area the parcel is to be delivered. Once an order has been accepted Capital 30 will inform the customer on how much extra the delivery fee will be.
RETURNS POLICY
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods once they are received and advise Capital 30 within 24 hours of any faults
The customer has 7 days, from the date of delivery of the product/s, to cancel an order by returning the product/s, undamaged in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to Capital 30 or its authorized agents.
The provisions of this agreement relating to the return of goods and cancellation of any agreement to provide services shall not apply if:
- the products are personalized or made to the customer’s specifications;
- the products are perishable or will expire rapidly
- the sale consists of ink, toner, hard drives, software or media in whatever form
- the products are damaged in any manner or no longer in their original state of receipt
- the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
- audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken;
Also;
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all the accessories.
Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show less than 200 exposures.
Capital 30 is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model
Capital 30 is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
A handling fee may be charged for fault-free goods that are returned after 7 days, subject to the discretion of Capital 30.
Capital 30 is not obliged to accept the return of any goods and this clause shall not be used to imply that Capital 30 shall be obliged to accept the return of any goods
Capital 30 reserves the right to issue a credit note for returned goods and is not obliged to refund the client for returned goods
